Wayne
Lippincott, PE, PP, CME. Since
founding Lippincott & Jacobs
Consulting Engineers in 1969,
Wayne Lippincott has provided
expert consulting services
for a myriad of engineering
projects. Having worked on
more than 50 dams in New Jersey,
Mr. Lippincott is a recognized
authority in dam design and
a member of the Association
of State Dam Safety Officials.
He has also overseen numerous drainage
and impoundment re-charge systems in conjunction with site development design for
major industrial, commercial
and residential land development
projects.
Mr. Lippincott is skilled
in bridge and waterfront engineering
structures, with wide-ranging
expertise in geotechnical,
hydrologic and groundwater studies,
as well as environmental assessments
and constraint mapping.
Mr. Lippincott is a licensed
engineer in New Jersey, New
York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania,
Texas, Delaware, Vermont, Connecticut,
Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire
and Kentucky. He is also a
licensed professional planner
and a certified municipal engineer
in New Jersey.
He is a member of the American
Society of Civil Engineers;
New Jersey Society of Professional
Engineers; National Society
of Professional Engineers;
New Jersey Society of Municipal
Engineers; Society of American
Military Engineers; New Jersey
Federation of Planning Officials;
American Institute of Plant
Engineers and American Society
of Testing and Materials.
Mr. Lippincott serves as a
Trustee on the Burlington County
College Foundation, the United
Way of Burlington County and
the Riverside Business Association.
He was previously a Trustee
for the Cross County Transportation
Management Association, and
formerly President and Trustee
of the Burlington County Chamber
of Commerce.
Mr. Lippincott earned his
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pre-Architecture in 1962 from
Rutgers University. In 1967
he earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree specializing in Structural
Engineering from Drexel University
and then a Masters Degree in
Civil Engineering in soils
and hydrology from Drexel in
1970.
Daniel
W. Jacobs, PE, RA, AIA. Daniel
Jacobs joined the firm as a
partner in 1970. Mr. Jacobs
is the corporation’s
executive vice president and
principal-in-charge of the Structural
Engineering division. In this
role, Mr. Jacobs oversees architectural
and Structural Engineering from
the feasibility study phase of
design and planning through the
preparation and administration
of construction contract documents.
For the past 36 years, he has
provided hands-on architectural
and structural consultation services
for a variety of complex projects,
including high rise structures
for residential, commercial,
institutional, governmental and
industrial facilities.
Mr. Jacobs is highly proficient
in the architectural and structural
design of cold storage warehouses,
general warehousing, trucking
and transportation facilities
and industrial buildings with
associated office facilities.
He is also adept in the preparation
of structural designs of new
single and
multi-story residential, commercial,
institutional, industrial and
marine structures.
Mr. Jacobs is a licensed engineer
in Colorado, Delaware, Florida,
Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Mississippi, New
Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, South Carolina,
Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia
and the District of Columbia.
He is also a licensed architect
in New Jersey.
He is a member of the American
Institute of Architects; National
Society of Professional Engineers;
American Society of Civil Engineers;
Society of American Military
Engineers; American Concrete
Institution and the Delaware
Valley Society of Structural
Engineers.
Mr. Jacobs
received a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Structural Engineering
in 1967, and a Master’s
Degree in Civil Engineering in
