The Civil Engineering Division of Lippincott & Jacobs Consulting Engineers is comprised of licensed professional engineers and skilled AutoCAD operators with years of experience in civil design. We have built upon this extensive experience to successfully manage projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

The engineers and designers in this division have developed a variety of projects ranging from large commercial facilities, hotels, schools and corporate headquarters to expansive housing development subdivisions and waterfront projects. Other project specialties include dam design, drainage and retention systems and site design for major industrial, office and residential land development consisting of more than 500 acres.

Our Civil Engineering professionals constantly adapt to changing land use regulations throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. As an important part of the team, the Civil Engineering division works with professionals from federal, state and municipal agencies to ensure that our clients’ expectations are not just met, but surpassed.
