The Land Survey Division of Lippincott & Jacobs Consulting Engineers services include; boundary, topography, title, hydographic, construction stake out, deed descriptions and property subdivisions for use by property owners, land developers, legal and financial professionals and public agencies. Our crews are OSHA 40 Hour Health & Safety trained and certified and have surveyed numerous hazardous waste projects.

We offer extensive land surveying solutions to assist our clients in accomplishing their objectives of land acquisition, land development engineering support, etc.

As a part of our team, the surveying division works with other professionals of the civil design group in providing detailed documentation and AutoCAD drawings delivered in both digital and hard copy formats to assist with the design of site plans and as-built drawings.
