The department maintains US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Licenses and includes a staff of technicians that maintains ACI, NJSAT and NICET certifications.

Material Testing Laboratory
Our AASHTO and US Army Corps Accredited Testing Laboratory performs Concrete, Asphalt, Soil & Aggregate analysis; to assure accurate, reliable data using ASTM methods of Laboratory Testing.  The staff of laboratory technicians maintain ACI, NJSAT and NICET certifications.
